To the surprise of almost no one (Carmine’s mother, perhaps, may be the only one genuinely surprised, but even then we think that subconsciously she knows deep down that she birthed, raised, enabled, and defended an animal-abusing predator), Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti, of Philadelphia (south Philly), 26 years of age, has just been charged with the following serious criminal charges:
- strangulation – applying pressure to throat or neck
- terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another
- unlawful restraint / serious bodily injury
- simple assault
- reckless endangering another person
Allegedly the event(s) took place yesterday, March 22, 2026. He was arrested and arraigned today, March 23, 2026, with bail set at $150,000.00. Here is a direct link to his criminal docket on the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System Portal. You can search for this docket (and his others) by visiting the PA UJS Portal, searching by Participant Name, then entering his name (Carmine Yusko) and filtering by status (active, inactive, closed, etc.).

We’ve been saying it for over a year now: anyone capable of abusing animals WILL abuse humans, and Carmine has already demonstrated a willingness to try to end a cat’s life, as well as lay hands on and do other vile things to vulnerable humans (my brother and a friend of my brother are just two of his victims).
We speculate the latest victim is his live-in girlfriend, N [redacted for privacy in case she IS the victim]. N has been made aware of all of Carmine’s transgressions against animals and people, yet foolishly seems to think she would be the exception or the one to “fix” someone who is most likely unfixable, and by establishing a relationship with such a person she gave a pass to a man willing to harm and attempt to kill at least one cat, and who thinks nothing of stealing from, scamming, threatening, and assaulting other people. We hope it wasn’t N who had to learn the hard way that sick people stay sick if they refuse to acknowledge being sick, but if it was, then we hope she has learned a valuable lesson and won’t make the same mistake again.
Statistically, up to 89% of criminal charges for non-fatal strangulations come from relationships in which there is a history and/or continued pattern of domestic violence (source: National Library of Medicine). Someone who is willing to strangle their partner is 750% more likely to try to kill them (source: safeaustin.org), and as many as 43% of victims who died from domestic violence had been strangled by that same partner at least once prior to their death (source: domesticshelters.org).
Given Carmine’s recent history of choking a disabled man (link to post with video evidence) and attempting to kill a cat, it would not be a leap for him to escalate to domestic violence, and we would not be surprised to learn the victim of these charges is N, or perhaps another intimate partner.
Regardless, we hope that whoever the victim is, they are safe, and will stay far, FAR away from Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti, because he is of no benefit to anyone, and offers nothing but toxicity, dysfunction, and pain. We wish them peace and healing, and we hope they continue to have the fortitude to speak out against Carmine, and to ensure he is made to answer for his crimes.
