We are beginning to feel like a broken record. But then again, we suppose every day is Groundhog Day when you live the life of a scamming, thieving, substance-addicted hobosexual with a predilection for domestic violence, the physical assault and attempted killing of cats, and the general preying upon anyone disabled, desperate, or in any way vulnerable. It’s all just a blur of a trap houses, drug dealers, substances, women in varying states of cognition/consciousness/consent, cops, handcuffs, and non-stop anxiety over where you’re going to get the next hit (ba dum tss – like the double-entendre?).
So as we last reported, to the shock of utterly no one (except perhaps his mother, Debra Ann Fioravanti, soon to be Debra Marvel), Carmine failed to show up for his preliminary court hearing on September 10, 2026, for the charges relating to him being in possession of a stolen vehicle and an unregistered firearm (allegedly, of course). He caught those charges for jumping bail via not showing up for court for one of his prior violent charges that most likely involved his current domestic partner. We know – it’s a lot to keep track of. Same hobosexual doing the same shit, just a different day still ending in Y.
Well, Carmine is the smartest man ever – in his head, we mean. In reality, he’s actually quite stupid, which is why the only thing he is staying one step ahead of is intelligence – he will always manage to outpace good decisions. So within days of the judge issuing a warrant for his arrest by revoking his $25,000 unsecured bail, police picked him up and threw him back into one of Philadelphia’s jails – on September 14, 2026.
We’d like to take this moment to give a shoutout to Carmine’s equally-smart mother, Debra Ann Fioravanti, and soon-to-be stepfather, Michael “Mike” Marvel, who spent $5,000 to bail Debra’s domestic abuser son out of jail so he could continue to freely abuse some more. They’re getting married next month, and now thanks to Carmine failing to show up for court and having to be hauled in front of a judge by the police, they’re just out that $5k – as they say on the street, it sucks to suck. Happy nuptials!

Unfortunately, Philadelphia’s jails are overrun, so Carmine was once again cut loose – on September 15, 2026. We’re sure he’s right back to hitting the pavement, the substances, and women, and pretending to be anything but what he is: homeless, broke, on the run, violent, delusional, mentally ill, and in active addiction. Hopefully cats are staying one step ahead of him, since unlike humans, cats don’t willingly choose to enter and remain in violent relationships, and they are truly at the mercy of humans.
As always, anyone is free to check on Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti’s Pennsylvania court dockets to verify for themselves the validity of them – charges, bail amounts/types, hearings and outcomes, etc, simply by heading over to the Pennsylvania United Judicial System Portal (aka the PA UJS Portal). Select “Participant Name” from the drop-down menu, plug in his name (Carmine Yusko), and have at it!
(We once again implore Carmine’s current domestic partner to leave him, because he is who he is and he will not change, and the violence will only continue to escalate. Leave and pick up the pieces – while you still can. In the meantime, always have a safety plan ready to execute, keep your personal documents secured elsewhere, and get screened for STDs regularly, because in addition to heartbreak, bankruptcy, and bruises, you are no doubt also being gifted a bouquet of sexually-transmitted bacteria – and possibly worse.)
