Rumor has it Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti, south Philly’s favorite habitual pathological liar, is going around telling everyone he “finalized” court.
The truth is, nothing is finalized, nothing is finished, nothing is settled, and nothing has even been addressed. Both court hearings were, in fact, continued, which means the charges and his bail are very much active:
Carmine’s June 9, 2026 hearing (regarding the criminal charges of strangulation for the time he decided it would be a good idea to put his hands around the throat of a human being and cut off their access to oxygen – and got caught for doing so [yes, we absolutely believe he has done this before, and we already know for a fact he has done it at least once before, because he is on video strangling a disabled adult]) has been continued (aka rescheduled) to July 14, 2026.
Carmine’s June 10,2026 court hearing (regarding the charges of burglary for the time he decided it would be a good idea to break into a storage unit and steal thousands of dollars of tools) has been continued (aka rescheduled) to August 27, 2026.
As we keep telling you, Carmine: no matter how much you try to make your own reality exist, it just doesn’t work that way.
