Edit: we forgot that today is Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti’s 27th birthday! Unhappy 27th Birthday, Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti – except there is absolutely nothing to celebrate, except how karma continues to kick your ass.
You are now 27 years old, with zero assets, no home, and nothing to your name but a jail intake slip. While others your age are building businesses and families, or just enjoying comfortable little lives, you are dodging DAs and warrants and are drowning in open criminal charges and bail arrangements.
Everyone around you is busy building lives to live and legacies to leave behind. You, meanwhile, are busy hurting vulnerable people and animals, and leave nothing behind but bruises, trauma, and regret.
Ultimately, you can keep on playing make-believe, but no one believes your lies and fairy-tales except for you (and maybe your mother, but we’ve already established she is as sick as you are); meanwhile, your poor mental health and escalating stimulating extra-curriculars are doing nothing but fast-tracking your self-destruction. Don’t let us stop you from destroying yourself (please, continue to do so); but we will do what we can to stop you from destroying others.
We know Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti was released from jail last night, due to both of his bails being reduced from a combined monetary $125,000, to two unsecured $25,000. Unfortunately, the judicial system is far from perfect.
Knowing Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti as we do, we are sure he is celebrating his release from jail as a “win” (is he telling people he “finalized” these charges, too?).
But we also know this:
- Carmine is facing serious charges for serious crimes that, if convicted on, will undoubtedly mean he is facing prison time and probation/parole for (burglary, strangulation, being in possession of an unregistered firearm and a stolen vehicle), and word is, more are on the way
- Carmine is apparently homeless after the police stormed the apartment building last week to enforce a lockout
- Carmine’s belongings were apparently seen being thrown in a dumpster (we can’t wait to see the video)
- We were told Carmine is also apparently without his hoopty, because it has either been impounded or might as well be considered impounded, because that is what shops do when you don’t pay your bills
- Carmine’s criminal charges, the consequences for his actions, and this blog are not going anywhere
Carmine can have his little wins and moments of non-impotence, because in the grand scheme of things, all he continues to do is lose, and all he continues to do is punch down and abuse vulnerable humans and animals in order to feel better about himself. He can gloat all he wants, but at the end of the day he is a broke, homeless, grifting, abusive, substance-addicted, mentally-ill individual with no one in his corner except his mother, Debra Fioravanti (soon to be Debra Marvel), and word is she is as sick as he is, so that really isn’t the win he thinks it is, either.
P.S. As we have mentioned before, strangulation is an intimate crime, and statistically, is one perpetrated against intimate partners. We may or may not know more than what we publish on this blog; we may or may not speak with multiple confidential sources (how do you think we got that mugshot?). But no matter what, we protect victims. So, we’ll just leave this here:
