Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti* was arrested on July 7, 2026, due to being found in possession of a firearm that he was carrying illegally [concealed without having a CC permit? illegally owned? both? knowing Carmine, either or both could be the case] without a license, and for also being in possession of a stolen vehicle. Word is he was actually picked up for an outstanding warrant for one of his previous criminal charges he didn’t show up to court for, and when they found him, they also found his little stowaway and also discovered the vehicle he was driving had been previously reported as stolen. Oopsies! This is why it’s never a good idea to ride dirty when you’re already in trouble.

The severity of these charges and Carmine’s poor history of answering for his crimes resulted in the judge hitting him with $100,000 (unlicensed firearm) and $25,000 (receiving stolen property / unauthorized use of a motor vehicle) bails, respectively, and they’re monetary, with a mandatory 10% due to the court in order to secure his release. In other words, unless mommy dearest, Ms. Debra Fioravanti, can come up with $12,500.00, Carmine may be sitting for a little while.
In 18 months’ time Carmine has escalated from financial thievery to strangling disabled men, to trying to kill a cat, to strangling who is statistically most likely an intimate partner, and now he’s running around with [allegedly] stolen firearms and stolen vehicles? What’s next? Ms. Fioravanti, what kind of person have you raised? Are you questioning your parenting yet? The rest of us are certainly questioning it, because clearly you went wrong in many, many areas. Most of us raise children to be good humans who want to do the right things for the right reasons. Most of us raise good humans who don’t want to bring harm to others. You, meanwhile, raised a monster who sees other humans as a means to money, substances, sex, and whatever other monetary/tangible gain they can bring him. They otherwise mean nothing to him – they are there to be used, abused, and discarded. You raised a monster who intentionally and maliciously harms others, simply because he can. You should be horrified. We’re horrified.
Carmine’s pre-liminary hearing is on July 22, 2026, although there is an Early Bail Review Status Hearing, a procedure that is automated for many detainees in Philadelphia and is done in an effort to reduce jail populations by lowering bail for non-violent and low-risk offenders, on July 14, 2026. Obviously, we don’t think Carmine stands much of a chance at having his bail lowered, considering he is both violent and high-risk for offending, because all he has continued to do while out on multiple bails for multiple charges is continue to re-offend, thus showing a complete disregard for society and the laws that govern it.

Also, anyone, at any time, from any device, can independently verify the existence of Carmine’s criminal charges, bail conditions, and the status of hearings by accessing the Pennsylvania United Judicial System portal. Select “Participant Name” to search by, then enter Carmine Yusko, and then you can switch between active/inactive/closed to view the respective cases – FYI, “inactive” simply means there hasn’t been any activity in X amount of months, not that the case itself is no longer active (those two traffic tickets are marked inactive because Carmine has ignored them, but we guarantee there are warrants out for him because he hasn’t pled to them or even contacted the courts to make any arrangements).
The PA UJS Portal is a free website, provided and maintained by the Pennsylvania government, via which ALL criminal dockets are available 24/7, free of charge. This is why it was so laughable he was telling others he had “finalized” court when it took all of five seconds to check his dockets and see that nothing had been taken care of, and in fact all he had done was show up to two court hearings that were each continued for separate reasons.
Unlike Carmine, we don’t just say, “trust me, bro” – we back up everything we say with receipts, images, videos, audio clips, and court dockets anyone can access themselves.
P.S. Word from a reliable source is Carmine was also evicted from the rental he was squatting in, so women of Philly: gird your loins, your wallets, and your homes, because if/when Carmine does get out, he’ll be on the prowl for his next mark, because he’ll need somewhere to squat and store his Temu mafia suits and alleged substance use accessories as he mooches off of desperate women so he has money to fund his, ahem, stimulating extracurricular activities with. Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti is Philly’s version of the Tinder Swindler, only instead of roses, he [allegedly] delivers bouquets of drugs and fists, along with tall tales much taller than him (which, all things considered, doesn’t take much height to reach).

* For the record, Fioravanti is the last name of Carmine’s mother, Debra Fioravanti, of West Chester, PA. He adopted her last name as his own in late 2025, most likely in an effort to distance himself from this blog because of the truths it tells versus the lies and fantasies he tries to convince people to believe are true. We want to make sure people can absolutely find Carmine Salvatore Yusko, so that is why we write out his name as Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti. We respect pronouns, and we also respect surnames!
