Today, the Philadelphia court system did its job when Judge Amanda Davidson took one look at Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti, his growing list of violent criminal charges, and his complete lack of repentance for any of them, and refused to decrease his bail or remove the monetary requirement.
Unfortunately, Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti’s mother, Debra Ann Fioravanti (soon to be Debra Ann Marvel, as she is marrying Mike Marvel this October), of West Chester, Pennsylvania, decided she is comfortable with her son abusing and stealing from disabled men, attempting to kill defenseless cats, and strangling and beating on women, so she gathered $5,000 cash and posted Carmine’s bail – so once again, women of Philadelphia, gird your loins, your wallets, and your faces, because a monster is again on the loose – and you have his mother to thank for that.
You read all that right: Debra Ann Fioravanti read this blog (we made sure she is aware of it), has undoubtedly seen the videos of Carmine putting hands on a disabled man, has seen all the violent charges, and has no doubt heard that the most recent criminal charges involve her son physically dragging and beating the shit out of a woman up and down the pavement of South Philly – and she decided to reward him for all those behaviors by springing him from jail so he can do it again (and that’s not even to touch on the alleged bounced/washed/laundered checks, the thefts, the burglaries, the stolen vehicles, and the unregistered firearms). We’ve said it before and we will say it again: Debra Ann Fioravanti, you are as sick as your son is.
The only silver lining to this is Debra Ann Fioravanti is now out five thousand dollars, because when Carmine violates this bail, along with all the others, she forfeits every last cent of it to the court. Hmm – does Mr. Marvel know what his fiancée just spent thousands of dollars on? (Don’t worry – we made sure he knows.) Hey, Mike – what would you have preferred that $5,000 be spent on? We know you can’t stand your soon-to-be stepson, so we can’t imagine you’re too happy with the missus’ financial decision regarding that $5k. Just think of what that could have done for your wedding and/or honeymoon!
