Less than two weeks after being released on a reduced bail after being arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle and an unregistered firearm, and just four months after being arrested for strangling who we suspect is his intimate partner (strangulation is a crime of passion, and it fits his patterns of behavior to lay hands on the people closest to him and to pick vulnerable victims – like the time he strangled a disabled man, and let’s not forget about Carmine’s willingness and attempt to kill Charisma, an ESA cat), Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti has yet again been arrested, this time for physically assaulting a woman in broad daylight – allegedly he beat the $hit out of her on a public sidewalk, in front of multiple bystanders. But don’t take our word for it – here, word for word, is what was described by an eyewitness who was there:
I saw him tackle and pin down a woman I believe he’s been dating for a while. She had visible bruising all over her body, clearly he has been beating her regularly, among other things. Cops were called, he was arrested.
We weren’t kidding when we referenced the cycle of domestic violence in our second-to-last blog post, but even we’re surprised at how quickly Carmine cycled back to violence. We guess the stress of back-to-back criminal charges, being in and out of jail, barely staying ahead of cops and bail arrangements, plus being homeless after allegedly being evicted from the rental he was squatting at was too much for him to bear, and he snapped and took it out on the nearest scapegoat – his girlfriend. Considering that this time, he was willing to beat his victim in front of witnesses, we hope this is the wake-up call she needs to escape, because he is only going to continue to escalate, and it is only a matter of time before he seriously injures or kills her.
Carmine’s charges from his alleged public attack on the victim who is described as being his girlfriend consist of:
- Simple Assault
- Reckless Endangering Another Person
Currently Carmine is incarcerated at the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility on a $50,000 monetary bail that requires 10% ($5,000) down. We can only hope that this time, when Philadelphia does its standard protocol early bail review hearing, they take into account the escalation of violence, the frequency of crimes, and how willing Carmine is to continue committing them despite facing multiple charges for similar offenses. Philadelphia, please keep his intimate partner and other women safe – do NOT release him on a reduced bail. Hold Carmine accountable, because if you do not, he will only continue to hurt others and will not stop unless he is stopped.
If Carmine’s bail is not modified, and mommy dearest, Debra Fioravanti (soon to be Debra Marvel) decides to be a good mother and not enable her son to be a monster and thus leaves him to rot exactly where he is, then Carmine will be sitting in a jumpsuit until August 25, 2026, which is when the trial for these charges is scheduled.
To Carmine’s intimate partner: you have resources, and we suggest you use them. You cannot fix him, because that would require him admitting he is broken, and that will never happen with someone like him. He does not love, respect, or like you. You are nothing to him except an object to be used, abused, and discarded. Get out before he kills you.
