Dear Carmine Salvatore Yusko Fioravanti,
You didn’t “win” today.

Your charges for the March 2026 altercation (simple assault, strangulation, reckless endangerment, unlawful restraint, terroristic threats) weren’t withdrawn and the entire case dismissed because you did not, in fact, put your hands around the throat of your intimate partner and strangle them.
Your charges were withdrawn and the entire case was dismissed only because the victim, your intimate partner, would not cooperate with the district attorney and show up to court to tell the judge what you did to her that day, despite the judges generously giving her three separate opportunities to do so.
This is not a reflection of her, or of the court system.
This is a reflection of you, and the monster you are, and how you have nothing good to offer others, and so you resort to scams, deception, lies, and violence to get your way and to force others to do what you want them to do – such as not go to court and testify against you.
You did [allegedly] assault your partner – and by the many accounts, evidence, and the more recent charges, you have done so many times, and no doubt continue to do so.
But you were able to successfully “encourage” your intimate partner, no doubt with more physical force (and probably sexual and psychological, too, given your pattern of behavior and what family members, former friends, psychologists, and medical science says about predators like you), that were she to show up to court to see those charges through, she would pay for it dearly – more dearly than she already has for the “crime” of existing within physical assault and sexual assault range of you.
You didn’t win today. You just didn’t lose because you, once again, overpowered someone else like the bully and predator you are.
We don’t think you will have quite as much luck with the more recent physical assault charges, given that there is video evidence of the entire altercation, and so your intimate partner’s statements and testimony won’t be needed.
P.S. We see you wore one of your Temu Mafia suits to court. Is this a new one? Or did you manage to salvage one of your existing ones from the dumpster, or from the abandoned pile of property left for you in the front lobby of the Federal Street apartment building?
P.P.S. Is the Philadelphia court system aware of your recent trip to New York? Was leaving the city/county/state limits permissible, given that you are currently out on multiple bails and no doubt have conditions for each of them? Don’t worry – we reached out to them to let them know, so maybe you’ll know for sure sometime soon.
